Things went amazingly well. I called fairly late on the weekend, but got an appointment the very next day. They got the repair done on short notice, kept the project on budget, and left the work area looking spotless afterwards. Would definitely use their services again.

Called to have a plumber come out and inspect a bathroom installation to make sure it was installed properly. There was initially an issue with the scheduled time, but it was gracefully resolved and I was exceptionally happy with the service they provided.

Personally, the most important thing that I look for when it comes to hiring services is professionalism, and I was pleased that the plumber that they sent out was outstanding in all aspects. Even if it seems like a minor detail, politeness, professionalism and good administration go a very long way and make all the difference between a good experience and a poor one. They were very helpful. They showed up very quickly (in the evening) and were very efficient. Highly recommend relying on them for all plumbing needs.

Called to see if they could put in a new sink and taps and repipe my pvc under sink, just had a new counter top put in. The gentleman was absolutely incredible, said he would be there in an hour. The work was clean and professionally installed and would Highly recommend London Plumbing for any work you need done. Thank you very much. His team were busy elsewhere so the Owner came and did the job himself! Can't say enough.

Returning customer! Once again came in to set up our new sink, faucet and some new piping. My partner and I had such a great experience with London Plumbing. We had an emergency leak late into the evening and called Grant. He arrived quickly and not only fixed the issue, he answered all our questions and provided valuable tips. We could not say enough about how personable and professional he was. We will be using their services from now on.

We have what appears to be a foundation leak. We called London Plumbing and spoke with Grant - He was finishing up a job and still took the time to hear us out. He asked for pics and said he will be in touch in 20 minutes. He reviewed our pics and admitted that he was not able to assist, but tried to troubleshoot our problem the best that he could over the phone. Grant gave us free, unbiased advice and even followed up the next day to ensure we were okay. We never paid him anything, yet his kindness and willingness to go the extra mile to help us meant so much to us. In the future, we will ensure that London Plumbing will be our first call. Highly recommend!
