On Sunday with all with all the rain we had the, sump pump was working overtime and the sewer drain was plugged, and water was backing up into laundry tub and overflowing. We were bailing water continuously until London Plumbing arrived within 1 - 2 hours of calling them. Plumber was courteous, friendly, and fixed the problem promptly. Would highly recommend London Plumbing!

I had London Plumbing come by late lastnight for an emergency service call. My sump pump was not working and the basement started to flood. They came very quickly and installed a new pump and battery back up system. They were the only ones to answer after calling many plumbers. Great pricing.

The kid complained that the shower water is not travelling to the shower head and wanted me to fix it.
Mom being mom, aka a google local guide, she won’t do it herself but also won’t just let anyone come in to do the job. So mom researched on Google Maps and found London plumbing. Sent a non-urgent request for quote after dinner and got an answer from Grant within the hour. Grant then showed up the next morning (today) as promised and have the issue resolved.
After reading some of London Plumbing’s posts, mom was concern about the possibility of floods in our recently renovated basement so we got Grant to take a look at our sump pump and replaced that too.
Can’t comment on the sump pump until we get some heavy rain, but I know the kiddo will be very happy tonight with the working shower.
Thanks for the prompt, professional service. We have you guys on speed dial now, but fingers crossed we won’t need to call that number ever!

Grant was a very pleasant guy to have into your home . Took shoes off in winter weather very professional from introducing himself to getting the job done efficiently.
