I have used these gentlemen several times in the last 5 years. they usually pick up on the first ring or two. always... nice to be able to actually speak with a plumber rather than a secretary or call service. Well dressed and spoke to me in a comfortable manner. My hot water tank stopped working. They gave me several options and were reasonably priced. Elliott provided outstanding service. He was able to provide me with a reasonable ballpark estimate over the phone when... I made the initial inquiry. He then arrived in a timely manner and inspected other aspects of my toilet and plumbing in the bathroom being serviced without being asked to ensure that there was nothing else in need of service that I may have either not noticed or didn't think to mention because I deemed it less urgent. I'm so glad he did because he ended up fixing a persistent annoyance that I hadn't thought to mention. He also made price adjustments in our favour. He was very kind and professional and ended up bonding with my cat who just so happened to be named Elliot as well. (The only difference is that one is spelt with 1 T and the other is spelt with 2 Ts). I only wish that I had been able to grab a business card to throw on my fridge so that I remember to call him next time.read more

Highly recommend Elliott for an honest and comprehensive quote. I called around a few people to take a look at the... water leak coming up from my basement floor and they were not able to pinpoint the issue and tell me what needs to be done. They said it required extensive work but it didn't take Elliot long to figure out the issue and got it fix in a matter of hours. He was able to fix my leaking faucet and inspected the whole house to ensure there are no other issues.
